12 Best Suburbs to Buy a House in Atlanta Metro

12 Best Suburbs to Buy a House in Atlanta Metro

When it comes to buying a house, the saying is location, location, location. I think we need to change that. It should be Schools, schools, schools. Parents are always looking for the best neighborhood or the best suburbs to buy a house in. What they are looking for in these suburbs are always school ratings. I believe great parents don’t buy a house they really buy a zoned school.

I am writing this for new parents, who are thinking about moving. Future couples who need to buy a house soon, and people looking to relocate to metro Atlanta in the near future.

This is based completely on school ratings. Based on rates from greatschools.com.  I use high school ratings only because I think a high school zone cover a larger, and more significant area of a city. Warning, some of these suburbs are expensive. This list is based only on school rating, affordability was not  considered.

A few  of these cities are not necessarily in the Suburb. But since the focus of this blog post is on school ratings, I include them anyway.

For each suburb, I  include one or more high schools. Some of these suburbs might have more than one high ranking high school, even if I don’t include them in this list. Here is the list of best suburbs to buy a house in  Atlanta Metro:
